Polercise

Polercise utilizes the dance pole and resistance bands to help you tone
your legs, butt, abs, back and arms.  This is a great class to take before
or during your beginner pole dance class.  You do not need to be going
into a pole dance to take this class, it is open to all ladies.
 
 Duration: 4 weeks, once per week, 45 mins
 Cost: $40


Pole Dance

Pole dancing offers you the ultimate full body workout, it will help you tone
and build strength.  Beginner classes mostly work your core and arms,
but as you continue you will be working your legs and will develop dancer
leg muscles.
Pole dancing help builds self confidence, teaches you how to dance, and
allows you to get in touch with your inner diva.


 Level 1: Beginner

 Level 2-4: Intermediate

 Level 5-9: Advance

 Level 10-13:Pole Gymnast

 Level  14 plus: Extreme

 One to three: 6 weeks for $110 (one person per pole)  or  $70 for 6 weeks (share a pole)
 Level Four plus:   4 weeks for $110 (own pole) $70 for 4 weeks (share a pole)

 

Pole Routine 4 Week Classes Available:

Sensual Routine Class: Learn how to slow your moves and make them sexier and more sensual.

        Prerequisite: Completed Level 3

Doubles Routine Class: Learn how to safely do spins and static moves with two people.

        Prerequisite: Completed Level 5

 

Gymnast Definition:  An activity or sport involving performance of exercises requiring physical strength, flexibility, agility, co-ordination, balance and grace.


Sexy Diva

Looking to get in touch with your sexy side, this class will teach you a
basic sexy dance, a chair dance, two chair dance and a lap dance
routine.
 
 Duration: 4 weeks, 45 mins
 Cost: $45


Burlesque

Burlesque

Burlesque dancing is all about being sexy, flirting and just a little bit
naughty.  First class come out and meet everyone and learn come sexy
moves.  After that, lets play dress up, wear as sexy as you dare, learn
how to move your body to tease and taunt your partner, or just for the
sexy fun of it.
P.S.  we have boas and gloves
What you need: corset or sexy top, skirt, pants or shorts
 Level One:
 Duration: 6 weeks, 45 mins
 Cost: $55

 

Level Two:  Routines and lot of cool new moves

Duration: 6 weeks, 45 mins

Cost: $65
